How do you type an upside-down question mark, to be used at the beginning of
an interrogative sentence in Spanish?

Didn't work for me. Posted this and more in other thread with same question.
alt 168

The posted shortcut does work within Word but not in other applications.
Alt+168 will work anywhere, but you must use the numbers on the numeric
keypad, with NumLock on.
