Where do I find pop3+smtp info?

Please help a novice....I have just come into the 21st century w/cable
internet access and a Pentium IV. So many things I don't know. I am trying
to set my outlook as my default mail access. The wizard is asking what my
POP3 + SMTP info is, to set this up...I know I should know, but where do I
find this info on my system? I have Windows XP and have just purchased
Office 2003. Help.

You must obtain that information from your Internet service provider, in
other words, the company whose services you use to access the Internet. An
email account usually comes with such services.
