Where do I find my Mailbox name for Microsoft Outlook

I was just migrated to Outlook 2003 and I am trying to set up my e-mail to
forward to my Blackberry. My company does not currently support the use of a
Blackberry server for the general population of employess, so I am trying to
set this up on my own. My carrier is verizon
 
your mailbox name is either your exchange alias or your email address. How
do you log into your acct?
