Where did my e-mail message go?

I have several folders set up in my MS 2003 Outlook Inbox.

I receive several daily e-mail messages a day, however, shortly after, the
e-mails disappear. I do not see any rules set up nor are they in my deleted
folder.

Where did they go?

Any replies would be appreciated!
