He's the guy who posts here with the screen name "Frank". Ask him
anything you like. He knows everything about Vista 64 bit business and
local networks.

Yes, he uses Vista, but you use Ubuntu! HA. A toy OS at best. Less than
4% of the market. How does it feel to be on the losing side?

The rest of the world uses an industrial strength OS and you use a TONKA
like OS. Ubuntu. My kid drools on Ubuntu!

You're not Mr Vista? I thought you knew *everything* about Vista. Aren't
you here to help people with Vista problems? Or are you just here
looking for someone to insult, preferably of the Linux persuasion?

If you want to report a bug or get get tech support for a problem, you can
contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) to open a Service Request.

There are contact phone numbers for PSS in most international regions. Start
here:
http://support.microsoft.com
and navigate to your region.

If you just want to discuss the problem without opening a formal Service
Request with Microsoft, you can post the details to thsi newsgroup.

With a formal Service Request with Microsoft, you can get it escalated right
through the system to get a definitive, guaranteed answer. If you post teh
problem here, it's easy and free, but there's no guaranteed response.

Hope it helps,

I also would like to report several bugs in Vista, However I am not willing
to pay or begin the 90 day free support to report flaws in the OS. Is there
any other way to way repots issues to the OS?

If you want to report the bug, or send any feedback about Vista, you can do
it here:
http://feedback.windowsvista.micros...kurl=http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cp_vista

As noted on that page, they don't guarantee to provide individual replies.
But that will get the bug report to the Windows team. If you want to request
a new hotfix for a specific bug, you would need to open a Service request
via PSS - no way around that.

Thank you for your help Andrew.
