where can i get an office 2003 french language pack for download

does anyone know of a microsoft download addin for the french language for
office 2003

Depending on your location you might have French included with your version
of Word. Otherwise you need the proofing tools at extra cost

To add to what Graham has said, if you have an English-language version of
Office 2003, the French proofing tools (as well as Spanish) are included but
may not have been installed; you'd need to rerun setup to install them.
