Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.

As Joseph mentioned, this group is for Microsoft Access.

Unfortunately, I can't find a newsgroup that deals with IME issues.

According to KB article # at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;216596#3, it is on
your Microsoft Office 2000 MultiLanguage Pack Disc 4. My guess is that this
will be the only place you will find it. I don't think you're going to be
available for download anywhere.
