Where can I buy an inexpensive MS office front page 2003?

What do you mean by inexpensive? FP is six years old, virtually
unsupported by MS. I wouldn't spend much for it now.

It's no longer for retail sale, and hasn't been for at least 18 months (you
might find a copy on E-Bay).
 
There are still a few copies left on Amazon, but they're not cheap.
