I couldn't find where to buy MS front Page on MS web site, I did buy MS
Expression Web 2, are they the same (basically)?
 
They are both HTML authoring systems. That's where the similarity ends.

Expression is much more focused on creating 'best practice' pages with
valid, accessible and compliant code. It will *expect* you to bring a fair
familiarity with HTML and CSS to the table, and it will punish you if you do
not.

Frontpage has been discontinued for several years now....
