issues using MS Word to create web pages & importing to FP ??

We want an office worker to do some simple web page maintance.

We don't want to buy another copy of FP (can you even?)

Any tips on creating the page in MS Word and then ftp'g it up to the Front
Page maintained site?

Any tops on free or almost free drag & drop web page building software we
could put on their computer ?

I would copy what you need into Notepad and then copy that into Frontpage and
let FP create the HTML for you. FP creates some bloated HTML code but if you
copy from Word, you will be created a lot more bloated HTML code

Also, have you considered some type of a CMS system - like
www.contentseed.com as well? This might be better for you in the long run
