Using Publisher is not recommended because it is not a web design
application. You will experience far more headaches.....I'd try (very hard)
to locate your original MS Frontpage disk!

Alternatively you could change to Expression Web, which is Frontpage's
successor. FP has been discontinued as far as sales and production of the
product go.

Do not use Publisher for designing web pages - that is the worst mistake
you can make. Publisher is an excellent tool for printed documents, but
for web pages it is probably the worst tool ever.

As Andrew said, either find your FrontPage CD, or go on to Expression
Web
A trial is available at:
http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/download.aspx?key=web

IMPORTANT: Do not forget the product key obtainable from a link on that
page.

In addition, FP is not included in Office 2003. There were only a couple
versions of Office that FP has ever been included in even though it was
technically part of the Office family so don't worry, you aren't missing it
from your version of Office.

Hope this helps,
