I start a new email message, click in the To: box , type D and hit down
arrow.
One of my choices is an incorrect name/address which I sent an email.
However
that name is not in my Address Book. Where is it stored so I can delete it?

There is no easy way to delete that incorrect email address.
It is stored in the registry.
Windows Mail saves the last 29 recipients you've sent to.
Eventually that bad address will drop off the remembered list.

Aha, as Ramesh's suggested site shows, the address is stored in Binary.....

Right, which is why I use the phrase, "no easy way...",
especially so for the average user.

Actually it was pretty easy once I knew the location....

Then you're not an average user. Good for you!
