When will the old msn popup the upgrade dialogue for Live?

I haven't upgraded to Live on one of my PC's to see how long it takes
MS to pop the little "a newer version is available" box. Anyone know
when that is ever gonna happen?

Usually it takes two to three months before the update is made "globally" available via the
upgrade indicator.
