When using the rules wizard, how do I activate the perform a custom action
feature?

I want to automatically print sent messages based on to whom they were sent.

Dear Karen,

the "custom action" means "Customer Action for Rules" (CAR) and you must
create a script. I only now this website with code for Outlook:
http://www.outlookcode.com/

but I don´t know the direct link with the CAR website, but I hope it helps.
