When Restarting

Hi, whenever i restart my computer for whatever reason, i
always see the "Program Ending Display Box" briefly as it
shows the progress bar, then it goes into the restarting
process. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance...

Are you running any Tweaking software, this is just XP shutting any running
programs down, it usually waits for a certain time to see if they close
themselves, but some tweaks close them immediatly thats all, nothing to
worry about.
