When reply or forward font format and size will auto change

Hi,

I having a problem when I try to reply or forward email to someone its will
automatic change the original text format and size. (Not all email will auto
change)
For example; original font format is Arial and size is 10 its will change to
font format to time new roman and size is 8.

Any idea?

Hi There

Why do/nt we check what the reply font is set to as there is an option
within outlook where you can specify what font to use while replying and
forwarding emails or when composing new emails.To view this setting please
follow the following steps..

Open outlook
Click tools->options->Mail format tab
In he mail format tab plese click on the fonts button in the stationary and
fonts sections..

This will take us to a page called fonts and you can make the necessary
changes..

I have check the stationary and fonts section but the setting is correct but
the sender messenge will change to other format and size.
How to do this setting?
