When no "Run as Administrator" option exists to stop constant EULA

In Vista, I have a few applications that require me to constantly authorize
them. This includes the EULA agreement that MS office products require.

The standard advice is to right-click a MS office aplication icon and select
"run as administrator". However, this right-click menu choice does not
appear on my system.

Another set of advice is to dig down to the actual application file, and do
the "run as administrator" thing there... but it seems that the MS office
suite programs have a method of hiding what this program is. Just viewing
the properties of the shortcuts does not show the actual file it is linked to.

How do I find the actual program file? Any other advice on getting the EULA
to stop showing up for all MS office applications?
