Remove End User License Agreement Pop-up

I just installed Microsoft Word 2003 on my machine that has Vista. Every
time I open Word the End User License Agreement comes up. I've gone to this
page http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884202 already. I've accepted the EULA
in both of the administrator accounts, I've tried the Wordaround, and there
is no "run as an administrator option" when I right-click on the Office
program. How can I make this go away? It's driving me crazy!

Thanks!

My understanding is that in Vista there is a difference between
administrator-level rights and the actual Administrator account (of which
there is only one), and that it is the latter that is required to accept the
EULA.
