License agreement window on start

I just installed Word 2003 on a new Vista based computer. Now, every time I
start Word, I get the Office End-User License Agreement on the screen. I have
to click Accept to continue. How can I stop this screen?
 
Did you read the reply to the same question you asked three days ago?
 
I am using the program as the administrator. I still get the message at
startup.
