When inviting an Attedee to a meeting it is coming up 3 hours late

Hello All....

Hoping someone can help me. I use Outlook to schedule my bosses
appointments. When I schedule an appointment at a specified time when I
invite my boss as an Attendee it comes to his inbox but reflects the
appointment as 3 hours later than the time I have scheduled. It is very
difficult to try to keep his calander accurate when this keeps on happening.
Can anyone please help??? Thank you!
