3 problems

Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.

1. When somebody sends an invitation to a meeting it automatically goes into
the Calendar without giving the user a chance to accept or decline.

2. Emails are stuck in the Outbox. There is no pattern, for some emails it
works and they go out immediately other are stuck in the Outbox for ever.

3. When scheduling an appointment and add an attendee, I can't see the
attendees appointments/free times. It says: No information/busy information
could be retreived.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!

1. Have a look at Tools>Options>Calendar Options> Resource Scheduling - do
they have the 'Automatically accept meeting requests... box ticked?

2. Not sure sorry, could be something to do with send/receive settings?!

3. Again not sure but could be to do with their free/busy settings have a
look at Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Free/Busy Options

Hope at least one of these helps!!
