When I try to write a new email, a previously created email appea.

When I click "new" to create a new email in Outlook, a previously created
email appears. I CAN'T MAKE IT STOP. All other aspects work perfectly. The
previously created email that appears was created in ink with a Toshiba M200
Tablet PC running Office Professional 2003. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
 
are you using Word as your editor?
I'd say it is saved it the template. Try deleting (I think) Normal.dot and
restart Outlook and Word.
