Missing Items when creating new Outlook Profile

Dear Outlook Gurus,

I need to set up some new Outlook 2003 profiles for several staff to be able
to "share" a generic contacts list for another email account. Although I am
able to do this process successfully, I notice that when I create new
profiles, their individual settings, such as name cache and signature are
lost in the process.

Is there an easy way to point a new Outlook profile to a previous name cache
or signature setting in a previous profile? Or some way to copy the cache
and signature settings rather than have to start again from scratch!

Kind regards

Signatures are not deleted. You can assign them to your newly created
account via;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Signatures...

As for the nick name cache, if you still have the original nk2-file, then
you rename it to the name of the new mail profile. I'd be careful with this
though as references to contacts could get broken because of this. Better
would be to start of with the clean nk2-file. To quickly fill it with your
contacts see;
