Multi user profile signatures

I have created 4 different profiles, which can be changed when reloaded
MS-Outlook. I have also created 4 signatures, to match each profile. But when
reloading MS-Outlook the email signature stays the same as the one that had
been chosen in previous profile.

1) How can I assign each signature to each profile (like in express)?
2) How can I switch identity without to have to reload MS-Outlook (like in
express)?
