When I try to send multiple emails in Outlook I get an error mess.

When I try to send multiple emails (newsletter) I get an error message"
Microsoft Word - An internal support function returned an error." I use Word
as my email editor and even when I didn't, I still received the same message.
I can send multiple emails using Outlook Express.

Is Visual Studio 6 installed? If it is then ensure it is updated to the
latest Service Pack.
Also ensure Office is updated to the latest service Pack.
Next, if the error still occurs, try Detect and Repair.
