How do I send an email to multiple contacts?

How do I send an email to multiple contacts from the "To:" portion of an
email when all I know is Company? When you click on "To:" a type of address
book comes up but there is no Company field like there is in the "full
address book" when you click on contacts.
Also if I was in my contacts, can I pick multiple contacts to send one
sinlge email to? I tried this by holding down the Ctrl buttom and selecting
a group of cantacts but can not get them to become a new message.

Open a new email, then click on To.
You won't see the Company field but if you scroll you will see the email
address.

So why not start in the Contacts folder, sorted by Company, and then
right-click (to send new message) on the contact at the target company
to whom you want to send an e-mail?

Open your Contacts folder, change the view to "By Company". Select the
contacts to which you wish to send, then click Actions>New Message to Contact.
