When I reply to a message it hangs up in the outbox

Email works fine EXCEPT when I'm sending a REPLY to a message, which then
hangs up. When I test the incoming and outgoing server settings, they work
fine and I get a confirming email back. I've tried disabling the firewall,
doesn't help. To repeat: the problem is limited to a Reply.

How many accounts do you have defined?
