When I open Outlook 2003 I see my Send & Receive Button but then it
disappears? I also can't send? I am receiving. When I try to send mail it
stays in my outbox. I am using windows XP. I have the SP 1 already for Office
2003.

Depending on what part of outlook you are in the send an receive button may
or may not be visible. Click on Outlook today and your send and receive
button should be available to you.

What error message do you get when attempting to send mail?
