When I open a workbook in Excel, nothing appears.

If I'm trying to open some xls file, Excel would open, but
nothing happening after that. But if I go directly from
Excel and try to open this file everything would be fine.
I already tried to reassociate Excel with all Excel
file "/regserver". Didn't help. Any ideas?

Try this

Tools>Options>General uncheck "Ignore other Applications"
Exit Excel and try again
