When I open a file, windows explore is closed.

Hi, there,

I got a trouble.

When I tried to open a file, I always get an error message
like "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
"AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName:
wininet.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106 Offset: 00007f9d"

Even I open file through other application such as Word,
Excel, I still can get the error message.

However, if I change user account, the problem is gone.

Please help me out. Thanks.

I would delete the account that may be causing the problem and make a new
Account.
