When I merge bulk emails, how do I include a picture?

I love to send out emails to my Outlook 2000 contact list. However, no
matter what fonts I choose or what pictures I insert, the outgoing merged
emails wind up in courier font without any pictures. I know how to insert
and send pictures in email messages one by one, but cannot figure out how to
merge emails with pictures and different fonts.

What message format are you using?
Note that you cannot send the picture as an attachment. Not sure if you can
use it in the body; Outlook 2000 has been a while...

Mail merge in Office 2000 does not support the HTML format for messages. Get Office 2003 or use a dedicated mass mail tool; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail
