Can I send any pictures at all in an email without blocking?

First and foremost, I am an email user. I understand that pictures can take
an unconscionably long time to load.

Secondly, I am a marketer. I understand that pictures will grab my reader's
attention like nothing else.

I want to insert at least one picture in some of my emails. Outlook blocks
all my pictures if I am not on the recipient's "safe senders" list. When
that happens, my formatting looks untidy.

Is there somewhere an exception to the picture block that will allow me to
send at least one picture in the body of my email without its being
suppressed?

You cannot control what your recipients' mail clients will or will not
allow.
