How can I open multiple email attachments in Outlook 2007

I am trying to figure out if there is a way I can open multiple pictures
(jpeg) at once from an email in Outlook 2007. When I click on a single
picture, it opens up in Windows Photo Gallery automatically. How can I get
all the pictures in an attachment to do that?
