When I click on Start Button the menu takes a lot to show up?

Hi. why when I click on Start Button the menu takes a lot to show up?

I don´t have virus and almost nothing on windows memory.

How can I put it faster?

hi Marco: the possible reason could be, is that window's is not finish with
its processing of programs. when you see your boot drive light is not
blinking, that means, windows is finish with its processing of start-ups and
settings. if it still happens. check and see if any back-ground programs are
running. hit task manager and close them. delete any start-ups that you do
not need.
