I'm using office XP, so when i open outlook it takes very long time to open,
and when I click on New mail everytime it asks that someone is trying to
access your e-mail address would u like to allow them or not.

I scanned for virus but there is no virus.

Have you installed any products that integrate with Outlook? This is
caused by some such program trying to access Outlook's data.
