I know that the message is in my sent box, but it normally comes back to me
when I cc: myself. I doesn't as of yesterday. Everyone else in the office
is not having this problem, so is there a setting I need to check? Please
help

<sigh> so EVERYONE in your office CC's themselves on messages THEY are
sending?

WHY?

Not everyone. Just a few people. I personally don't but my colleague does,
and I've been the "go to person" for help with these glitches. Some I can
fix, and some...I'm just baffled!

What type of mail account? Who is the mail provider?

Not sure of how to answer the question, but here's some info: the email is
part of our company domain (e-mail address removed). Our emails are on
Godaddy's server. They have our domain, host our site, and our email. We
recieve our email via their pop3 server. Again this is not an issue for
some, just a few.

But WHY WHY WHY do you NEED to CC yourselves when you already HAVE a copy in
your sent items folder??????????

I dont have to cc: myself. I understand that it's in the sent box. The
issue is....it's suppose to come back to me because I cc; myself, and it's
not. Any thoughts on fixing it??? I'm being hassled about the glitch at
work, and about to loose my mind. please excuse the sarcastic tone.

Can you access your mail via webmail on that Godaddy server? If so, can
you see that CC'd message?

If not, then the message is filtered somewhere, most likely by Godaddy's
spam filters. Contact them.

I know that's the issue - but can you tell me WHY you cc yourself in the
first place? I don't understand why you would either want or need to......

I guess it's a bad habit. However my habit is not the issue. The fact that
the command is not working properly is.

Seems to me, then, that the people who are having problems may have some POP
account setting incorrect.
