When I attempt to copy myself either cc or BC on emails the message comes
back saying undeliverable invalid recipient. What do I need to do to fix this
problem?
Thanks

Check the e-mail address. It is not correct. The mail server is saying
that no such username is defined at that domain. Of course, seeing the
actual NDR (non-delivery report) e-mail would help since we can only
guess from your vague description of the NDR what it actually said.
Also, it would help if you mentioned if the e-mail was sent to the same
mail server as you use for receiving mail.

The email is correct and the mail server and the person sending the message
are the same. In other words I will send emails where I want to keep a copy
so I copy myself either as cc or bc. In this instance of the test I sent the
message to myself and as will as cc and bc. None of the message were
deliverable.

So none of the messages get delivered. "I sent the message to myself as
well as Cc and Bcc". I guessing that means that you sent a test mail to
yourself by specifying your e-mail address in the To field. Then you
sent another test message with your e-mail address in the Cc field (and
someone else or blank in the To field). And lastly you sent another
test message with your e-mail address in the Bcc field (and someone else
or blank in the To field). So you sent 3 test mails and none got
delivered. Well, pretty much means that there is no valid account with
that username on that domain that will receive e-mails. You don't have
an account there, it got closed, or that account only lets you send
e-mails and not receive them.

I can send messages using windows email as you describe but am unable to
using outlook. Looks to me like there is a problems with outlook 2007. I may
just have to copy my folders from sent mail.
Thanks
