As of today, When I send a message and CC: myself, the message never comes

for any number of logical reasons - so you have the sent message on another
computer, so they are threaded together in the inbox are two that come to
mind immediately.

Why would you CC yourself anyway? You have a copy of the sent message
in
your Sent Items folder....
