I have looked on line - this question has come up numerous times. The only
sites I can find that will answer the question - charge a fee. I understand
that some who participtate in this forum do not see "why" I would want to do
so - however, I do. I have used outlook for many years from a VPN and had no
problem w bcc's or cc's but since linking my gmail account to outlook and can
no longer send them to myself .... I can however Cc anc BCC myself on my
gmail account... In outlook my emails shows as being sent -- but they are
not seen in the inbox

Ah. You didn't mention Gmail in your earlier post. You can't. For some
reason Gmail won't let you.
But can you tell us WHY you want to?

Thank you for my answer. Now yours, because it is part of a system I have
use to years to follow up on things. Yes - I am aware that there are many
other ways to flag an email --- and I will have to use them now. Again,
thanks for your assisatnce. If you do find a way around this - please let me
know-- I would be most appreciaive.

Not if you are using GMail AFAIK. There was a long discussion about this on
the Thunderbird support group which came to the conclusion that if you are
using POP access with GMail then you can't send a message to yourself.

I'll re-phrase the last sentence - you can SEND a message to yourself, in
the sense that it leaves your machine and gets copied to your Sent Items,
but it never appears in your Inbox....
