When I boot my computer to get to my desktop only my
wallpaperr appears not any of the desktop items or thr
start toolbar. How do I fix this?

Check that explorer.exe is the default shell to start. Look at the Reg_Sz
string value of;
"Shell"="Explorer.exe"
found at
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

its maybe because you have a slow computer. try doing
alt+ctrl+delete and in your task manager, and prosses you
should stop everything except internat and explorer.

My advice isnt professional, but it might help!
