When creating new SyncToy folder pair, browse box doesn't show fol

Any ideas why? I''m mystified, have never seen a program do this. Have
removed and uninstalled the program twice, and am beginning to wonder if this
is a windows problem. Thanks for any ideas you are able to offer.
