Synctoy 1.4 - Can't create new folder pairs (or delete)

For some reason, the "Create New Folder Pair" and "Delete Folder Pair"
buttons are now grayed out. Also, the Synctoy window title bar now displays
"Synctoy(readonly)." I can preview or run my existing pairs.

Any ideas what's locking it down?

Solved.

I feel a bit stupid. In the plethora of open windows on my desktop, I didn't
realize that I had two copies of Synctoy running; the second one was the
"readonly" version. The first one is fine.
