SyncToy 1.4 loses checklist of folder pairs to run with -R via com

Since I upgraded to SyncToy 1.4, any changes I make to the list of folder
pairs to run During a 'Run All' event, is lost when I close the program..
Has anyone else experienced this?

I have had a similar problem. On at least two occasions, I have noticed that
some or all of the folder pairs which I had previously defined were missing
when I launched SyncToy. This doesn't happen all of the time, but does
happen.
