I haven't run into that before. Does the Export wizard come up before
Outlook closes. Does Outlook just disapeer, or do you get a message
indicating that Outlook has crashed?
I click on "File" then import and export then BCM and as soon as I do that I
get a message that "microsoft office has stopped working" and it closes and
restarts on its own. No wizard, just doesn't go further than that.
