When answering emails received, the print is very small. Help!

I am using Outlook and when answering emails received the print becomes very
small and I would like to have this looking the same size as the email
received. I have checked out the font size and all is okay. I have
uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled it hoping this would fix the problem.
I have also used the Detect and Repair" facility with still NO success.
Anyone got any ideas?

Reinstalling won't help for configuration issues. Are you using Word as your
e-mail editor? Make sure your "zoom" settings in Word is set correctly (like
to 100% or page width).
