Emails not being received

Hi
I am having a bit of trouble as some emails I send from Outlook are not
being received. I know this because I have followed up with a phone call. I
have tried to send test emails to my own hotmail account, butthey are not
being received. Test emails to my aol address are being received.

I have Outlook 2003, incoming server is pop3, outgoing server is smpt
through Freeparking.

Can anyone help, please? Let me know if you need any further information and
I will try to provide it. My business relies on replying to emails and it's
very frustrating to think that the replies may not be received.
