When a message has been READ

A user of mine would like to find out exactly when she
opened certain e-mail messages in her inbox. Is there a
setting in message "properties" that would show this?

I've tried to add the "modified" column to the folders
view. But does the Modified column indicate when a
message was opened or only when it was changed?

Any insight is much appreciated.

I don't believe that information is available.
