When a cursor changes to a hand pointing to a tablet what's up?

I've set up photos on a Photo Gallery in the SLIDE MODE. The first photo
deploys properly but when I attempt to click the arrow for the next slide the
photo goes to a NEGATIVE display and the photos won't advance. the cursor
changes to a hand with a finger pointing to a tablet or something similar.

What am I doing wrong?
