Wheel Mouse Optical USB

I keep having this annoying problme with my USB mouse in
Windows XP. XP keep dropping, re-finding it, like if I
was pulling out the mouse cable and re-insurting it into
the USB port. What should I do to fix it ???

Maybe your mouse is bad? Try wiggling the cable on each end to see if you
can
cause the problem to show up. I had the
same problem and had to replace mine.

Yup....try a different mouse in the same port first. You may also want to
see if this mouse does the same things on another machine.
Alternatively, check if the wire coming out from the mouse is a bit loose.
