This is a cabinet file, you look as if you have an older version of ie, open internet explorer(if you can , click help, come down to about internet explorer and you should see what version you are running). Anyway I would fix this by reloading your win cdrom or upgrading to ie 5.5 or 6. Also worms do reside in the temp files as you say, I had a nasty temp file that I was only able to remove by inst suse linux. This enabled me to enter the win os from linux and delete the temp files. The easiest solution, go to www.lavasoftusa.com and download adaware. Also get spybot search and destroy off the pc advisor magazine this month.
